Tucker Nielsen

Tucker Nielsen serves as a Managing Director at Tapestry Networks, where he plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s initiatives in financial services and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. Tucker works closely with board directors, senior executives, regulators, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders from many of the world’s foremost organizations to help them deepen their insight, identify best practices, and develop approaches to solve shared challenges.

Prior to joining Tapestry, Tucker spent over 14 years at Citi, where he held various positions in the company’s institutional, consumer, and commercial franchises across New York, Kansas City, Miami, New Delhi, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore. His work covered a range of areas including sales, marketing, operations, product management, digital channels, and strategy. Additionally, Tucker spent 10 months working with Pro Mujer, a microfinance organization in Nicaragua. This engagement, part of a U.S. Agency for International Development fellowship, focused on advancing human resources development and organizational structure, highlighting Tucker’s interest in social impact initiatives.

Tucker earned a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

He currently resides in the Greater Boston area with his family.
