Tiffany Luehrs

Tiffany is an associate with Tapestry Networks supporting the firm’s financial services initiative.

Tiffany began her career in Chicago, IL working on both the debt and equity sides of commercial real estate. At Bank of Montreal, she supported the commercial real estate team with underwriting new project finance for multi-family, industrial, and office properties, and monitoring portfolio loans to ensure compliance with loan agreements. At Harrison Street, she supported the asset management team with providing analysis for dispositions, managing relationships with existing operating partners, completing valuations, reviewing lease transactions, and preparing annual business plans and budgets.

Tiffany currently lives in Dallas, TX with her Australian Cattle dog, Otis.
