Marsha Ershaghi
Managing Director
Marsha is a Managing Director with Tapestry Networks and is a leader in the corporate governance and board leadership practice. She advises non-executive directors, C-suite executives, and in-house practitioners on issues related to governance, culture transformation, board leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Marsha has led networks across Audit and Controls, Compensation and Talent Governance and deepened Tapestry’s initiatives elevating the Equity, People, Ethics and Culture platform that engage Fortune 500 board members, senior executives, policymakers, investors around the information and insights to define pragmatic solutions and advance principled change.
Prior to joining Tapestry, Marsha was a managing director of strategy and development at LRN, Inc., a pioneering global advisory firm. As an educational technology executive, she was instrumental in contributing to the blueprint of a sophisticated SaaS platform that encompassed enterprise training and assessment products that codified governance, risk and compliance issues worldwide in a post Sarbanes-Oxley era. She led the solution architecture and advisory consulting that transformed how companies responded to high-profile corporate ethical scandals. Marsha spent over a decade advising the C-Suite and boardroom on oversight of business integrity, corporate misconduct and organizational culture transformation. She specializes in alignment of leaders and organizations to shift the discourse on corporate culture from a risk mitigator to value creator. Over her two-decade consulting career, she led large-scale transformations advising over 700 companies worldwide, across 100 countries, impacting 20 million people across multi-sectors including tech, aerospace and defense, pharma, manufacturing, retail, insurance and financial services.

Marsha holds a Corporate Governance Board Certification from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and holds an EdD and MA from Pepperdine University in Education Technology and Organizational Leadership. Her dissertation research was on the role of ethical leadership as an enabler of organizational culture change. Her BA is from the University of Southern California. She is a certified compliance and ethics professional (CCEP), her track record of shaping strategy and culture is widely recognized.
Marsha serves as an expert fellow at the University of Southern California’s Neely Center for Ethical Leadership and Decision Making and on the advisory boards of LMH Strategies, Inc. an integrative supply chain advisory firm and Compliance.ai, a regulatory change management firm. She was a contributing author in Next Generation Ethics: Engineering a Better Society, Cambridge University Press.
