Kelly Gillen
Senior Associate
Kelly Gillen is a senior associate with Tapestry Networks where she is part of the corporate governance team. She supports Tapestry’s audit committee networks in North America and Europe.
Prior to Tapestry, Kelly was a lead consultant and vice president of non-profit services at Ignite Philanthropy, a philanthropic and fundraising consulting firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, Kelly worked side-by-side with executives, board members, philanthropists, and community leaders; she directed collaborative campaign planning and strategy engagements, stakeholder forums, and campaign management for large multi-million-dollar fundraising campaigns. Kelly served as a member of the firm’s leadership team and spearheaded efforts to build and scale its non-profit services division. Earlier in her career, Kelly was program director for Harlem Grown, a youth development non-profit in New York City.
Kelly earned a bachelor of science in architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a master of professional studies in arts and cultural management from Pratt Institute.
Kelly resides in Covington, Kentucky with her partner Quentin Koopman, son, and their two cats. She enjoys hiking and backpacking, attempting DIY projects on their historic house, and being active in her community of Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati, Ohio.
