Executive Experience: Traci M. Dolan, retired, served for ten years (24–214) with ExactTarget, Inc., a salesforce.com company, which provides global cross-channel interactive marketing software-as-a-service. From July 211 until February 214, she served as chief administrative officer and corporate secretary, a position in which she was responsible for human resources, executive compensation, legal and corporate governance, real estate, risk management, and shareholder relations. Prior to this, she served as principal financial officer responsible for all financial and administrative functions, including financial and strategic planning, accounting, tax and treasury functions, among other responsibilities. Prior to joining ExactTarget, Traci served as chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration, secretary and treasurer of Made2Manage Systems, Inc., which she joined in March 2.

From 1995 to 2, Traci was with Macmillan Publishing, USA where she held various financial and operating positions including vice president of finance and operations, and before that, controller and vice president of finance. She began her career at Coopers & Lybrand, progressing to the role of audit manager. Traci is chairperson of Steel Dynamics audit committee and a member of the corporate governance and nominating committee. She brings to the board a comprehensive knowledge of accounting, finance, and financial management as well as experience in managing and overseeing regulatory compliance in the areas of executive compensation and risk management involving public companies.
