Tim Tracy

Tim Tracy is the US East assurance managing partner for EY. Prior to this role, Tim served as the Northeast assurance managing partner and New Jersey Office managing partner and the New Jersey assurance leader at EY. He is an assurance partner with more than 25 years of experience serving consumer products, life science, and distribution companies.

Public clients currently or recently served by Tim in the audit partner role include: Polo Ralph Lauren, Phillips Van Heusen, Barnes & Noble, Sylvania Lighting (division of Siemens IFRS filer), Catalent Pharma, and Michael Kors. He has also served as technical review partner on several large public companies. Tim coordinates the EY’s transaction, tax, and advisory services at Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and works closely with the chief financial officer on strategic initiatives. Tim has experience working closely with management on the remediation of material weaknesses in internal controls.

Tim’s client responsibilities require significant interaction with international clients and EY professionals. This includes clients with significant operations in Europe, South America, and Asia.

He received his BA from Rider University and currently serves as co-chair of the Accounting Advisory Council at the University. He is a member of the AICPA and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a CPA in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He is vice-chair of the New Jersey Special Olympics Board.

Tim and his wife have two children and live in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
