Siân Herbert-Jones

Executive experience: Siân first practiced for 13 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the London office from 1983-1993, particularly in the capacity of corporate finance manager, then in the Paris office from 1993 to 1995 in the capacity of mergers and acquisitions manager. She joined the Sodexo Group where she was successively in charge of international development from 1995 to 1998 and the Group’s treasury department from 1998 to 2, then deputy chief financial officer in 2. From 21 to December 215, she was chief financial officer and member of the executive committee of the Sodexo Group. Since 216, she has held several positions within board of directors of large companies and pursues other consulting activities in societal and environmental fields.
