Executive Experience: Sandra Wijnberg currently serves on the boards of directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Hippo Enterprises Inc. She chairs the audit committees at Automatic Data Processing, Cognizant, and Hippo. Sandra served on the board of directors of Tyco International from 23 – 216, and on the board of directors of TE Connectivity Ltd. from 27 to 29. She has also served as a director on several other private company boards.

Sandra is a former partner, chief administrative officer and member of the board of Aquiline Holdings, a registered investment advisor managing over $5. billion in private equity and venture capital funds through its manager, Aquiline Capital Partners. From 2 to 26, she was SVP & chief financial officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., a global professional and financial services company. Previously, Sandra was the SVP, treasurer, and interim CFO of YUM Brands, Inc. and held senior financial management roles at PepsiCo, Inc. The first twelve years of her professional career were in progressively senior roles in investment banking and firm management, working for Morgan Stanley and for Lehman Brothers (and predecessor firms).

From 214 through 215, Sandra worked on an assignment at the behest of the US State Department at the Office of the Quartet (OQ), based in Jerusalem, where she was the deputy Hhead of mission working to advance Palestinian economic development in the West Bank and Gaza.

Sandra is a trustee of The John Simon Guggenheim Foundation, a director of Spark MicroGrants, and a member of the board of Seeds of Peace.
