Executive Experience: Paulett most recently served as president and chief executive officer at CDI Corporation, a $1.2B engineering design firm where she conducted a successful turnaround within three years after a decade of flat to declining revenue. She currently serves as an advisor to CDI. From January 2009 until January 2011 Paulett was chair and CEO of HMS Ventures, a family-owned consortium involved with the acquisition and management of real estate, construction, and related industries, including energy.

Previously, she held multiple senior positions for over 26 years at EDS, a global technology services company. She served as senior vice president and corporate officer, running businesses from $1 billion to the company’s largest business unit at $1 billion, as the company grew from a $3 million business into a $21 billion Fortune 100 corporation. She retired from EDS in 2004. Subsequently, she served as president and chief executive officer of Invensys Product Systems, a $1.7 billion wholly owned subsidiary of Invensys plc, a UK-based industrial automation group, where she led a 24-month transformation of the enterprise from a product-focused manufacturing concern into an integrated global technology solutions company.
