Michael Losh

Michael (Mike) Losh is currently the Chair of the Board of MASCO, and is a member of the board of Aon and Cardinal Health. Previously, he was Chair of Metaldyne Corporation from 2 to 22.

Mike spent 36 years with General Motors (GM). He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for GM, where he was responsible for managing GM’s financial staff, pension investment group (GMIMCO), and GMAC. Previously, he was GM’s Vice President and Group Executive in charge of North American vehicle sales, service, and marketing.

Mike graduated from General Motors Institute with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. He also received a master of business administration from Harvard University.

Mike served on the boards of Prologis and H.B. Fuller. In the past, he served as a board member of AMB Property Corporation, Delphi, EDS, Hughes Electronics, Metaldyne, Quaker Oats, TRW Automotive, and CareFusion. He also served on the board of trustees for the Detroit Institute of Arts and was co-Chair of the Economic Alliance for Michigan.
