Lori Rodden

Lori is an experienced human resources leader with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. 

Lori oversees all human-resources functions for approximately 19, employees, including talent management, compensation, benefits, and diversity and inclusion at The Hartford. She has more than 2 years of experience with The Hartford, during which time she served in roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Lori was the lead HR business partner for property and casualty, group benefits, claims and actuarial. Previously, she was the HR lead for middle market, large commercial, sales and distribution and underwriting. Prior to joining The Hartford in 1997, she served in human resources positions for Ames department stores and Barnett Bank of Tampa. Rodden holds a bachelor of science in business with a concentration in HR Management from Binghamton University.
