Lord James Lupton joined the board in June 217.  Lord Lupton has extensive international corporate experience having advised UK and international companies on a wide variety of major transactions and brings broad experience to the board. He co-founded the London office of Greenhill & Co., in 1998 and was chair of Greenhill Europe until 19 May 217. He became a life peer in October 215 and is a former treasurer of the Conservative Party. He served on the House of Lords select committee on charities.

Lord Lupton is a senior advisor to Greenhill Europe, a trustee of The Lovington Foundation and chair of the board of visitors of the Ashmolean Museum. Lord Lupton was deputy chair for Baring Brothers. He was a trustee of the British Museum, Governor of Downe House School and a trustee and chair of Dulwich Picture Gallery. He has been on the advisory board of Grange Park Opera and has been a member of the international advisory board of Global Leadership Foundation.

Lord Lupton is a member of the board risk committee and the responsible business committee.
