Liz Turner

Liz Turner is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Market Access at Arena Pharmaceuticals. Since joining Arena, Liz has led the strategic development of disruptive platforms to launch a rich pipeline of novel products at Arena. Her oversight responsibilities include building contracting strategies and payment models that are focused on the total cost of care with the goal of leveraging insights generated from RWE partnerships in the IBD space.

Prior to joining Arena, Liz spent over ten years at Amgen where she held a variety of leadership roles, including marketing, sales leadership, sales and working directly with payers and IDNs on procuring coverage for Amgen’s portfolio of products. During her tenure at Amgen, Liz launched several first in class therapeutics in the oncology, osteoporosis and migraine space and worked on developing innovative payment model platforms for current and future Amgen assets in the oncology space.

Liz earned her Bachelors in Mass Communication from USF, and her MBA from the University of Central Florida.
