Lisa Hartkopf

Americas Consumer Risk Markets Leader

Lisa Hartkopf is EY’s Americas Risk Markets Leader for the Consumer sector where she oversees the firm’s risk solutions from a strategy, technology, innovation, service line integration, and markets perspective across North and South America.

In her prior role, Lisa served as the advanced manufacturing consulting markets leader for the Central region where she was responsible for planning and executing the market approach and strategy for consulting services and worked with account teams to bring EY insights to market, develop business strategy, execute services, and foster meaningful relationships across the consulting market and the firm.

Lisa has also served as the Americas consulting risk markets leader and the Americas internal audit leader where she looked after the risk and internal audit operations. She continues to serve clients, assisting with their business process and risk agendas. Her work has included starting up internal audit and SOX functions; acting as an interim chief audit executive; guiding the finance transformation and controls agenda for a company operating in bankruptcy and with material weaknesses; performing IPO controls readiness activities; and coordinating and executing countless internal audits.

Lisa is a certified public accountant, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, a member of the AICPA, and a Six Sigma green belt. Lisa served on the AICPA Council, as a director on the Internal Audit Foundation board of trustees for the Institute of Internal Auditors, as a director on the Illinois CPA Society Endowment Fund board of directors, and has held various leadership positions on the board of directors of the Illinois CPA Society, including chair.
