Linda actively supports professional, academic, and civic organizations, serving on numerous executive boards, including the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA); University Systems of Maryland; Smithsonian Libraries; TechAmerica Foundation; and the American Heart Association.
In addition, U.S. President Barack Obama appointed Linda to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC) in 21.
Linda is a graduate of Ohio’s Youngstown State University and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College.
She and her husband reside in Annapolis, Maryland.
