Laurie Chamberlin

Laurie Chamberlin is the Head of Recruitment Solutions, North America for LHH, an integrated talent solutions provider and global business unit of The Adecco Group. She oversees a team of 1,300 placement specialists who are responsible for candidates in 15,000 temporary roles and 10,000 permanent roles within the US and Canada. Laurie has helped manage the North American business through massive brand transformation while rolling out new policies, flexible remote environments, and offerings that benefit both her staff and business lines. With over 8,000 colleagues and coaches spanning 60 countries worldwide, Laurie plays an integral role in helping nearly 500,000 candidates each year – all while serving as a member of LHH’s Global Executive Leadership Team, leading efforts to connect service offerings across key business units and 66 countries.
