Latonda Henderson
Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer

Latonda serves as a member of the executive leadership team reporting to the President in the capacity of AMB Sports and Entertainment’s (Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes-Benz Stadium), first Chief Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Officer.
Latonda has responsibility for the development and delivery of data-driven DEI strategies across associates, fans, guests, and the communities they serve. Her areas of focus include DEI integration into business operations, associate engagement, enterprise learning and strategic community partnerships. Latonda also oversees the organizations DEI Councils, Associate Resource Groups and developed the Atlanta Falcons HBCU Fellowship Program.
Latonda joined the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation in 2017 as the Director of Community Activation for The Home Depot Backyard at Mercedes-Benz Stadium where she was responsible for leading the business strategy, day-to-day marketing and digital operations, content creation, community programming and events, revenue generation and venue/park operations with the goal of engaging the community and creating an exciting atmosphere that attracts fans, residents, and tourists year-round.
Latonda has over two decades of experience in consulting at Accenture and Deloitte specializing in enterprise strategy, operations and business and systems integration. She earned an Executive MBA from Emory University and graduated from Spelman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Latonda served as the founding chairwoman for the Women’s Solidarity Society at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and was an inaugural member of the DEI Council for The Blank Family of Businesses. She is a member of the 2024 class of Leadership Atlanta and served on the Board of Trustees for Atlanta Girls’ School and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of the Board of Trustees for Westminster. Latonda resides in Atlanta with her husband, two teenagers and their Golden Doodle.
