Kristi Way

Kristi Way is executive director at Moelis & Company and is based in Washington, D.C.  She sits on the business management team and engages with clients on areas related to public policy. Prior to joining Moelis, Kristi worked on Capitol Hill, serving as chief of staff to US House Majority Leader Eric Cantor.  During her time working for Leader Cantor, Kristi worked on a wide range of public policy issues, and managed complex policy and political projects.
