Kathy Hill

Kathy Hill has over 3 years’ experience in the leadership of business and engineering organizations in the technology industry. Kathy held a number of executive positions at Cisco Systems, Inc. from 1997 to 213, including Senior Vice President, Development Strategy and Operations. In earlier roles, Kathy led product development organizations that delivered over $12B in annual revenue. Prior to Cisco, Kathy had a number of engineering roles at various technology companies.

Kathy currently serves on the board of directors of Moody’s Corporation, a provider of credit ratings, research, tools and analysis for financial markets, NetApp, a leading provider of storage and data management solutions, and Celanese, a technology and specialty materials company. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology.
