Kathleen Franklin

Kathleen Franklin is the Global Ethics & Compliance Strategy Leader for Sony Group where she is responsible for Sony’s global ethics and compliance strategy and program. She also serves as an independent director of Bank OZK and is a member of its Nominating and Governance and Compensation Committees.

Prior to joining Sony, Kathleen was a partner and co-chair of the Corporate Governance Group for Boies, Schiller and Flexner, LLP.
