Executive Experience:  JoAnn A. Reed is a healthcare services consultant. JoAnn served as an advisor to the chief executive officer of Medco Health Solutions, Inc., from April 28 to April 29. She previously served as the senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer of Medco until 28. Upon joining Medco in 1988, JoAnn served in finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibility and was appointed senior vice president, finance in 1992 and chief financial officer in 1996. Prior to joining Medco, JoAnn’s experience included finance roles at Aetna/American Reinsurance Co., CBS Inc., Standard and Poor’s Corporation, and Unisys/Timeplex Inc.

Additional information: JoAnn served as a trustee of St. Mary’s College of Notre Dame from 26 to 215. JoAnn received a bachelor’s in business administration from St. Mary’s College. She received her MBA in finance and international marketing from Fordham University.
