Jeffrey Barbieri

Jeff is an environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) analyst at Wellington Management.  He is responsible for engaging with portfolio companies on governance issues (along with relevant environmental and social matters), conducting corporate governance research and analysis, developing and maintaining Wellington’s firm-wide voting policies, and working closely with the firm’s investment teams to formulate proxy voting decisions.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Jeff was at BNY Mellon (27 – 29) and First Investors (24 – 27).

Jeff earned his MBA from Yale University (211) and his BA in economics from Middlebury College (23).
