Executive Experience: Jeannine Sargent is an experienced CEO, board director, strategic advisor, and investor with a proven track record of building and scaling multi-billion dollar global businesses at the cutting edge of technology and emerging markets. A visionary leader who has successfully managed enterprise risk in the presence of digital transformation across multiple industries including automotive, consumer, communications, energy, enterprise infrastructure (hardware & software: SaaS), industrial, health, and semiconductors.

Currently an advisor and investor, serving on public and private boards. Her most recent executive position was president of innovation and new ventures at Flex (NASDQ:FLEX), a $25B leading sketch-to-scale solutions company with a global workforce of over 2,, that designs and builds products for a connected world. Jeannine was responsible for worldwide innovation, global design & engineering, new product businesses, the Lab IX accelerator, and corporate venture investments for Flex. Prior, she was the founding CEO of Oerlikon Solar based in Switzerland, who developed and produced capital equipment and cell processing solutions for solar photovoltaic modules. She led the business to a successful sale.

Previously, Jeannine held CEO and executive positions at Veeco Instruments, Voyan Technology, Gasonics, Tencor Instruments, and Digital Equipment Corporation, where she was frequently at the forefront of disruptive technology in high-growth markets. She developed and delivered differentiated products, services, and business strategies that resulted in value creation for all stakeholders.

Additional information: Jeannine currently serves on the boards of directors of various private companies and organizations and on the board of trustees at Northeastern University. She holds a BS in chemical engineering from Northeastern University.
