Jay Henderson

Executive Experience: He served as vice chair, client service at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) from 2007-2016 and retired from PwC in June 2016. During his 39-year career at PwC, Jay gained extensive experience working with boards and audit committees of Fortune 5 companies, and was appointed to major leadership roles within PwC responsible for driving the strategy of the firm. His prior roles included serving as the Greater Chicago Market managing partner, managing partner of the Cleveland Office, member of the US Management Team, and leader of the US Consumer and Industrial Products Assurance practice. During the ten-year period from 2006-0216, Jay was responsible for PwC’s firm-wide relationship with the PGA TOUR, including sponsorship activities at THE PLAYERS Championship and the Charles Schwab Cup Championship.

Additional information: Throughout his career, Jay has served in numerous board leadership roles of major non-profit organizations, including multiple chairmanships. He currently serves on the board of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Rush University Medical Center, Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

Jay received his BS in business, major in accountancy, magna cum laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Jay has been married to Cindy Henderson for 43 years and they have three adult children.
