Executive experience: Hanne is the co-founder and chairperson of a-connect, the global platform for the world’s best independent professionals and the smart progressive global corporations. A-connect, with 9 offices across the globe, is a talent and networked-based firm.

Hanne emerged as a problem solver in her early age. Her analytical mind and keen desire to fix issues served her well as a financial analyst with Procter & Gamble. Later, as a partner with McKinsey, her clients and colleagues primarily appreciated her emotional intelligence and thoughtfulness. Today, at a-connect and as a non-executive director and audit committee chair or member of several publicly listed companies as well as IMD, she relentlessly focuses on impact by balancing the analytical with the emotional. Her engaging and non-hierarchical problem-solving style makes Hanne a trusted colleague and advisor.
