Felicidad Valcarcel is a registered Medical Technologist with more than 2 years of experience in research and clinical laboratory.She has Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Medical Technology and Master of Science degrees in Microbiology and Management. Prior to joining the CMS team, she served as the Supervisor of the Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Bethesda, Maryland. She currently serves as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Division of Clinical Laboratory Improvement and Quality.
