Fabian is a partner at EY FSO EMEIA, focusing on insurance at EY-Parthenon. Fabian has over 20 years of professional experience in the financial services sector focused on insurance, business transformation/technology and business model incubation in global insurance companies and start-ups​.
Fabian joined EY in 2021 and is based in the EY office in Munich, Germany. He is the founder of two advisory boutiques (insurance and M&A) and involved in start-ups in various roles. His career began in investment banking, followed by a position as a CEO executive assistant at a global insurance corporation.
He holds a PhD in finance from RWTH Aachen and a degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth. Fabian is also fluent in German and English, with conversational proficiency in French.
