Executive Experience: Seasoned C-level technology and healthcare executive. Extensive board experience as management as well as serving as an independent director on multiple boards since 2. Experience as chair of the board, as well as chairing audit, compensation, nom/gov, and special investigation committees. Broadly experienced in sophisticated M&A, corporate strategy, activism (defense/working alongside), IT/cyber, financing, litigation, and governance matters. Experience ranges from entrepreneurial to multi-billion dollar businesses across multiple industries (tech, healthcare, REIT, and financial services).

Eric served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Broadcom Corporation (Broadcom), a global supplier of semiconductor devices, from February 21 until February 216, and he served as Broadcom’s senior vice president and chief financial officer from March 27 until February 21. From September 25 until March 27, he served as chief executive officer & president, member of the board of Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Beginning in 1999, he held various positions at Allergan, Inc., a global specialty pharmaceutical company, including executive vice president of finance and technical operations and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Allergan, Eric spent ten years with The Boston Consulting Group, a privately-held global business consulting firm, most recently serving as vice president and partner. He also currently serves as a member of the Georgia Tech President’s advisory board.
