Executive Experience: Dick Poladian is the retired executive vice president and chief operating officer of Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a diversified national real estate company active in commercial, residential and hospitality property investment, management, and development. He previously served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer for Lowe from 23 to 26. Dick was with Arthur Andersen LLP from 1974 to 22, most recently as a partner, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Additional information: Dick is a past member of the Young Presidents Organization, the Chief Executive Organization, the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Dick is a director of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, a member of the board of councilors of the University of Southern California Price School of Public Policy, a member of the board of advisors of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, and a former trustee of Loyola Marymount University. He also serves as an advisor to the board of directors of PSOMAS, an ESOP owned architectural and engineering firm.
