Executive Experience: Diana has over 3 years’ experience serving as an executive with public companies in the real estate investment sector.  She now serves on the boards of four publicly traded companies and one private equity fund, all investing in real estate. 

Diana started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. She has held the chief financial officer position at Southwest Property Trust, Arden Realty, Thomas Properties Group, American Homes 4 Rent, and Alexander and Baldwin, all publicly traded real estate companies. She has gained extensive experience in capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, mortgage and corporate debt transactions, and mergers and acquisitions between both public and private companies. Her responsibilities as CFO have included overseeing the functions of accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, human resources, information technology, and strategic planning.    

Additional information: Diana is also a member of the board of managers of the RREEF Core Plus Industrial Fund (a private real estate investment fund) and serves as a trustee for the board of the Oklahoma State University Foundation.
