David Brown

David Brown is a Senior Managing Director and leads the firm’s Equity Capital Markets Advisory (ECM) practice. David is responsible for managing the equity and equity-linked financing dialogue across EY clients considering public and private market capital raising alternatives

Prior to joining EYCA, David served in senior capital markets positions on Wall Street for nearly 20 years, primarily with Barclays and its predecessor company, Lehman Brothers. David was also the Head of Capital Markets Origination at Oppenheimer for several years

The Capital Markets Advisory team at EYCA provides clients with expertise across the product spectrum, and an independent perspective on all elements of transaction evaluation, planning, process, underwriter landscape, deal fees, execution strategy and ultimately pricing

Since joining EYCA David has advised on over 50 capital markets transactions raising over $30bn across products.
