Cynthia Terrano

Cindy is the Vice President of Payer Strategies at Moffitt Cancer Center. A leader in preparing Moffitt for both short- and long-term impacts of health care reform, Cindy coordinates activities related to value-based reimbursements, the evolution of Centers of Excellence, as well as employer outreach. She also oversees managed care functions, including contracting and network relationships.

Prior to joining Moffitt in 215, Cindy was the senior director of Contracting and Business Development for the Cleveland Clinic, responsible for implementing its strategic business and contracting objectives. In more than 25 years of leadership in managed care strategies and business development, she also held positions in Accounting and Managed Care with Meridia Health and as senior auditor at Ernst & Whinney (now EY).

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Cindy earned a bachelor of science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, and is a licensed certified public accountant. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
