Chuck Noski

Booking Holdings and Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Chuck Noski is a member of the board of directors of Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Bookings Holdings. He has been a director on several other public company boards, including Microsoft, AT&T, Avon Products, Morgan Stanley, and Northrop Grumman. Chuck retired as vice chair of Bank of America in September 212. Previously, Chuck served as executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for all finance functions as well as corporate treasury, global corporate strategy planning and development, investor relations, corporate investments, and global principal investments. From 23 to 25, Chuck was corporate vice president and chief financial officer of Northrop Grumman.

From 1999 to 22, Chuck served as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of AT&T. He retired from AT&T as vice chair of the board of directors upon the completion of its restructuring in November 22. Prior to joining AT&T, Chuck was president, chief operating officer, and a member of the board of directors of Hughes Electronics, a publicly traded subsidiary of General Motors in the satellite and wireless communications business. Chuck was a partner with Deloitte prior to joining Hughes as corporate vice president and controller in 199.

Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. He was chair of the board of trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation from 216 to 219 and is a past member of the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. In 26, Chuck was inducted into the inaugural class of the Financial Executives International Hall of Fame.
