Charles Holley

Current public company boards: Phillips 66, Carrier Global, and Amgen

Executive experience: Charles is the former executive vice president and chief financial officer for Walmart, where he served from November 21 to December 215 and as executive vice president between January 1, 216 and January 31, 216. Charles previously served as executive vice president, finance and treasurer of Walmart from 27 to November 21. From December 25 through December 26, he served as senior vice president. Prior to that, Charles was senior vice president and controller from 23 to 25. Charles served various roles in Wal-Mart International from 1994 through 22.

Before joining Walmart, Charles worked for Tandy Corporation as managing director for its European Memorex consumer product division and served as director international finance and accounting. He also spent more than ten years with EY.
