Executive experience: Catherine has been CEO of RATP Group since 217. Catherine first worked for the Direction Générale du Trésor at the French ministry of Economy. In 1997, she joined Air France where she held various positions such as executive manager of flight operations, delegate-general in charge of human resources and change management, and chief financial officer for the whole group. In 27, she became the chief financial officer for Eutelsat, also sitting on the company’s executive committee. In 213, she moved to Rexel Group, where she was in charge of finance, control, and legal affairs. She was later appointed group deputy chief executive officer became part of the executive board and the executive committee.
