Brian Ford

Executive Experience: Brian Ford is a nationally renowned consumer products specialist with 4 years of accounting and business advisory experience serving clients ranging from start-up companies through multibillion-dollar international organizations. For the many years, Brian served as the coordinating partner for the largest publicly held wholesale pharmaceutical distribution company. Brian also has served the retail industry for decades. Brian has served as Ernst & Young’s National Director of Retail and Consumer Products Education, he was regionally in charge of that practice, and he is the co-author of The Ernst & Young Business Plan Guide, one of the firm’s best- selling books, which is now in its third edition.

Brian was also globally responsible for Ernst & Young’s Gaming Practice. This practice grew from one public client in 1978 to at his retirement serving more publicly listed gaming companies than the rest of the Big 4 on a combined basis. He served many of the giants of this industry including many years with our country’s President when Mr. Trump had investments therein.

Brian’s additional areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, strategic analysis, due diligence, litigation support, forensic accounting, and “in and out” of court debt restructuring. In the litigation support arena, he has successfully consulted on major, complex litigation involving “bet the company” issues.

Additional information: Brian received a bachelor of science degree from Rutgers University in 1971. He had been with Ernst & Young for 37 years.

He is a trustee at Drexel University where he is on the advisory boards of directors of the Drexel College of Medicine Advisory and the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He was also active at his alma mater on the advisory board of Rutgers School of Business.

He has 3 wonderful married sons and daughter-in-laws with nine grandchildren.
