Executive Experience: V. Ann Hailey currently serves as director and audit chair of W.W. Grainger, Inc. and Realogy Holdings Corp. and also serves as a director and member of the audit committee of TD Ameritrade.
Ann is a retired executive of LimitedBrands, Inc. where she served from 1997 to 26 as executive vice president and chief financial officer and from 26 to 27 as executive vice president, corporate development. Prior to joining LimitedBrands, Inc. she served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Pillsbury; vice president of finance for the specialty products division at RJR Nabisco; and as an executive with PepsiCo where she held a variety of senior positions in finance, marketing and human resources. Ann began her career in the treasury department of Mobil Oil Corporation.
