Angela McKay

Angela McKay is Director of Prevention in Emerging Trends and Risk Mitigation at Google. She leads the company’s efforts to anticipate, detect, and prevent emerging threats, helping Google deliver trusted and safe experiences for users. Her team provides global, multi-source intelligence and tailored services to create timely, actionable insights and help manage risks.
Ms. McKay previously worked at Microsoft in a variety of roles in global cybersecurity policy and strategy from 28 through 22. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, and an engineer at BellSouth Telecommunications.
McKay holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
