Executive Experience: Anders Gustafsson is the chair of the board for Zebra Technologies and previously served as Zebra’s chief executive officer and a director from 2007 to March 2023. Prior to joining Zebra, he served as chief executive officer of Spirent Communications plc, a publicly-traded telecommunications company, from 2004 until 2007. At Spirent, he redirected that company’s growth strategy, divested non-core operations, integrated historic acquisitions, and streamlined the organization to realize significant cost savings. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions with Tellabs, Inc. and Motorola, Inc.

Anders is a member of the board of directors of NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP), an intelligent data infrastructure company. He also serves on the board of directors for International Paper Company (NYSE: IP), a leading global producer of renewable fiber-based packaging, pulp and paper products. Previously, Anders was a member of the board of directors of Dycom Industries Inc. (NYSE: DY).

Additional information: Anders is a trustee of the Shedd Aquarium and a member of the civic committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago. He has an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a master of science degree in electrical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.
